Greens & Seeds Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup power greens (spinach, kale, & chard mix)
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1 Medjool Date (pitted)
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 T pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 tsp ground tumeric (fresh grated works too)
- 1 cup water
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a high powered blender.
